Helping women design what's next

Let's Get Acquainted

Hi I'm Elizabeth

I’m a Next Chapter Life Design Coach, and I help women at a crossroads gain clarity, reconnect with their purpose, and design a fulfilling next chapter in work and life.

I believe there are moments in life when the path that once felt right no longer feels quite so clear.

Perhaps you’ve achieved things you’re proud of, built a career, raised a family, led teams, created a business or simply spent years being the person everyone could rely on. Yet somewhere along the way, you’ve started asking yourself:

“What’s next for me?”

Not because everything is necessarily wrong, but because you’ve changed.

And sometimes the hardest part isn’t knowing that something needs to change. It’s knowing what that change should look like.

That’s where I come in.

A career built around people, insight and change

I’ve spent more than 30 years working in the housing sector, developing my career across customer experience, partnerships, insight, performance and organisational change.

Throughout that time, I’ve worked with people and organisations navigating complexity, change and competing priorities. I’ve led teams, improved services, solved problems and helped organisations understand what their customers really need.

But one of the things I’ve learned through all those years is that change is rarely just about changing the thing in front of you.

Whether it’s a career, role, organisation or business, meaningful change often requires us to step back and understand ourselves first.

What matters to us now?

What are our strengths?

What have we learned?

What are we being drawn towards?

And perhaps most importantly:

Who are we becoming?

My own next chapter

My decision to build Insights 2 Success came from my own experience of transition.

After decades of professional experience, I found myself having to reconsider what I wanted from the next stage of my working life.

It would have been easy to simply look for the next role.

Instead, I chose to pause and ask a deeper question:

“What do I want to create in this next chapter of my life?”

That experience reinforced something I had already seen throughout my career: sometimes we don’t need another answer from the outside.

We need the space, tools and support to reconnect with what we already know about ourselves—and then have the courage to act on it.

That became an important part of why I coach.

You don’t have to start again

One of the things I want women to know is that reaching a crossroads doesn’t mean you have to throw everything away.

Your experience matters.

Your strengths matter.

The things you’ve learned matter.

The challenges you’ve overcome matter.

The parts of yourself you’ve perhaps put to one side matter too.

Your next chapter can build on everything you’ve already lived, learned and become.

Sometimes the work isn’t about finding a completely new you.

It’s about reconnecting with the woman who has been there all along—and deciding what she wants to do with everything she now knows.

Understanding your unique design

My coaching is grounded in the belief that every woman has a unique combination of strengths, experiences, values, gifts and perspectives.

I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and CliftonStrengths is one of the tools I use to help women understand how they naturally think, contribute, solve problems and show up in the world.

But strengths are only part of the picture.

I also believe purpose, values, experience and the season of life you’re in all matter when you’re deciding what comes next.

That’s why my approach isn’t about giving you a formula for the “right” life.

It’s about helping you understand your life—and then intentionally design what comes next.

My Seasons Framework

I’ve developed my Seasons Framework around a simple idea:

We don’t experience change in the same way at every stage of our lives.

Sometimes we’re in a season of Build.

Sometimes we are being Stretched.

Sometimes we need to Question what we’ve assumed about ourselves and our future.

And sometimes we’re ready to Redefine what comes next.

Understanding the season you’re in can change the question you’re asking.

Instead of:

“What’s wrong with me?”

you can begin asking:

“What is this season asking me to understand, release or create?”

That shift can be incredibly powerful.

My faith and your journey

My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and has shaped the way I understand purpose, identity, gifts and the possibilities available to us in each season of life.

I believe we each have unique gifts and something meaningful to contribute. My faith gives me a personal foundation for that belief, but you don’t need to share my faith, or have a faith at all, to work with me.

I work with women from all faiths, spiritual backgrounds and none. I respect that each woman has her own beliefs, values and way of making sense of her life and purpose.

My role isn’t to tell you what you should believe or what your purpose should be. It’s to create a safe, thoughtful space where you can explore what matters to you, reconnect with what makes you who you are, and decide what you want your next chapter to look like.

Where faith or spirituality is important to you, it can be part of that exploration. Where it isn’t, we work from the beliefs, values and perspectives that are meaningful to you.

Your next chapter is yours to design.

What I want for you

I don’t want you to leave coaching with another list of things you should be doing.

I want you to have something much more useful:

Clarity about where you are.

Confidence in who you are.

Courage to move towards what comes next.

Because your next chapter doesn’t have to be something that simply happens to you.

You can design it.

And you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Ready to explore your next chapter?

If you’re standing at a crossroads and sensing that it’s time for something to change—but you’re not yet clear what that something is—I’d love to help you explore it.

Let’s make space for what’s next.

Clarity. Confidence. Courage.
