About Elizabeth

Let's Get Acquainted

There is often a quiet moment in a woman’s career when things begin to shift.

Nothing dramatic on the surface. Life and work continue as normal. But internally, something feels different.

Work that once felt aligned may start to feel uncertain. Achievements that once brought satisfaction may no longer feel enough. And beneath continued success, questions begin to surface:

What now? What next? And how do I move forward from here?

I understand this space well—not just from the women I work with, but from my own experience.

A career built on leadership, growth, and reflection

Over the course of more than 30 years, I’ve worked in leadership and customer experience roles within large organisations. I’ve led teams, supported change, and worked in environments where expectations are high and decisions matter.

Alongside external progression and responsibility, I also recognise something more personal that can sit underneath a successful career: moments of self-doubt, questioning whether you truly belong, and navigating imposter syndrome even when the evidence says you are more than capable.

That combination—external success alongside internal questioning—is more common than many people realise. And for many women, it becomes the starting point of a new direction.

The pattern I see in the women I work with

The women I support are experienced, capable, and often highly successful on paper...but something has shifted.

They describe feeling:

  • unclear about their next step
  • disconnected from what once motivated them
  • ready for change, but unsure what that change should look like
  • aware they want more meaning, but struggling to define it

This is not a lack of ability. It is often a season of realignment—where who they have become no longer fully matches the work they are doing.

My belief

I believe every woman carries a unique combination of strengths, values, and lived experience that is not accidental—it is meaningful.

But over time, those strengths can become:

  • underused in the wrong environment
  • overlooked in busy working lives
  • or disconnected from confidence after change or disruption

My role is to help bring those strengths back into focus so they can be used with intention again.

How I work

I combine strengths-based coaching with practical career thinking to help you move from uncertainty into clarity—and from clarity into action.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about understanding yourself more deeply, so you can make decisions that feel aligned, grounded, and realistic for this season of your life.

Together, we work on:

  • understanding your strengths and natural patterns
  • rebuilding confidence after change or self-doubt
  • clarifying what meaningful work looks like for you now
  • identifying practical next steps you can actually take
  • moving forward with direction rather than overwhelm

Why this work matters to me

I have seen what happens when a woman reconnects with her strengths and begins to trust her judgment again.

Clarity replaces confusion. Confidence replaces hesitation. And direction becomes something she can act on—not just think about.

That shift is what I care about most.

A final word

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

You just need enough clarity to take the next step—and the right support to help you see what you may not be able to see on your own.

If you are standing at that point in your career where something is shifting, you are not alone.

And you are not starting from scratch—you are starting from experience.
